The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a very very nice area, close enough to the Sassi of Matera, the cafe and the centre. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. Everything was perfect. the location in the center of the city was absolutely perfect. A cool bonus was nearby the Donut Nest, that offered tea and coffee.

Unique and exceptionally nice rooms!
Helpful staff during our stay. Comfy beds, central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room. Well-equipped bathroom with bathtubs. Beautiful and absolutely perfect location in the cafe nearby, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Matera centre.

Lovely little apartment in the centre of Sassi di Matera. Authentic stone house experience. Close to cafes and bakeries. Helpful owner. Cold room in hot weather. Low-budget friendly.

The shared lounge was a great place to hang out with strangers, pretending to be sociable while silently judging their questionable fashion choices.
